 If you have attended the Cocoa Crawl in Downtown Berkeley Springs, you've probably tried our Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa...in fact I've gotten rather famous for my recipe!  The first year we had the Cocoa Crawl I decided I wanted to do Salted Caramel and fine tuned this recipe.  The second year I started trying to figure out what flavor to do and everyone was horrified.  "You mean you're not making Salted Caramel again????"  So, it's become a standard.  WE of course don't add the Naughty option during the Cocoa Crawl, but it's none of OUR business what YOU do.  ;)

Jules' Nice (or Naughty) Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Recipe

12 Cups of Hot Water

12 Packets of Swiss Miss (when you're serving HUGE crowds, starting from scratch goes out the window, but this doesn't taste like packet hot chocolate, promise!)

1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

3 Cups Salted Caramel Sauce (I used this incredible recipe here)

Optional Naughty Version:  Add 1.5 Cups of Salted Caramel Vodka, or to personal preference.

Serve with whipped cream and extra Salted Caramel Sauce drizzled over the top, then multiply by enough for a couple thousand people if you're serving the Cocoa Crawl!  ;)
