The village doctor’s daughter, Alexandra, served as inspiration for this box figurine. Her name appears on the sash around her waste. The acorn is located in the folds of her gown. Originally the robes were coloured. Later they were left uncoloured but the face was painted. Inside is a heart with wings. Hallmarks include ©, diamond, clock face with month 5, HBC logo, and DL.
