Three ducklings hatch from a basket of Easter eggs. The craft of decorating eggs has reached an artistic level in Poland and the Ukraine, where the brightly patterned eggs are known as 'pisanki.' On the interior is the English harbinger of spring, the cuckoo. The artist’s signature acorn is on the egg in the basket. The number 122 indicates that this is the 122nd piece David Lawrence has carved for Harmony Kingdom.
