From Andrea Calvesbert: We would like to apologize for the delay in getting Santa out to you this year. Some of you already know, but for those that don’t, Pete has been spending an increasing amount of time caring for his 93-year-old mother. This is no less than she deserves, and his brother and two sisters also help, but as we live closest to her and Pete is the only one of his siblings who works from home, he sees her twice a day, five days a week to make lunch and ensure she has had dinner and is safely in bed with all doors locked and no oven accidentally left on overnight!
This is having an impact on the speed of carving/painting/packing of HK so we are so very appreciative of you all being so patient and bearing with us. We are honestly working as fast as we can 🙂.
Pete is currently collecting about 50 Santa every Friday and painting them beautifully before sending them out so if you haven’t already received yours, it should be on its way very soon.
Thank you so much for your patience!
A bad day for Santa - he's been arrested as a suspect in the 'Christmas Eve Burglar' mystery. It looks like he put up quite a struggle in the process. Hopefully he was near the end of his round and the reindeer can finish the deliveries. The clues on the 'crime wall' suggest they've been after their man for quite a while. Let's hope he's cleared his name by 2022! Secrets are hidden in this piece and are all described on the enclosed story card.
