Jules Says: If you ask me, every fairy tale should come with candlelight.
Beauty and the Beast Light Book
There are ordinary books.
There are ordinary lamps.
And then...there's this little bit of magic.
At first glance, it looks like a beautiful hardcover edition of Beauty and the Beast. But open the cover and something wonderful happens...
✨ Poof.
The pages come to life with a warm, inviting glow, transforming one of the world's most enchanting fairy tales into a lamp that's equal parts book, décor, and everyday magic.
It's the kind of piece that feels as though it belongs tucked away in an old castle library, waiting patiently for someone curious enough to discover it.
We may have opened and closed it a completely unreasonable number of times the first day it arrived.
Whether it rests on your bookshelf, bedside table, or favorite reading nook, it's sure to make someone stop and ask...
"Wait...that's a BOOK?"
(Yes. Yes it is.)

About Beauty and the Beast
While many of us know Beauty and the Beast, few know the story behind the story.
The earliest well-known version was written in 1740 by French author Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve. Her tale was much longer and richer than the versions that followed, filled with magic, court intrigue, hidden identities, and the story of a prince living under a powerful curse.
In 1756, Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont adapted Villeneuve's work into a shorter version for young readers. That retelling became the classic fairy tale passed down through generations, reminding us that kindness, compassion, and love can see beyond appearances.
It's a wonderful reminder that some of the stories we think we know best often have stories of their own.
