We LOVE these gorgeous glass Light Opera Wind Chimes - so much that they've been a staple in here for more than 15 years.   Since they're all handmade (in North Carolina, thank you American made!) sometimes manufacturing time takes a little longer than we wish it would.  Luckily the end result is fantastic and well worth the wait.   If you've been waiting for a better selection to place your order, now's the time as I've just finished unpacking a huge shipment!  And yes, we have already placed another order as there are some things that were still out...

Once upon a time ... there was a woman who bought a store.  When she first bought the store, she did all sorts of displays.  She once spent half a day collecting fall leaves, then ironing them to preserve them, before using them to decorate the store.  She would paint the windows and door (and spend even more time washing them when it was time to change.)  She was creative, and spent quite a while every couple months re-designing.  Time passed, and she got busier, and tireder, and a little less creative, seeing as she'd already used all of her...

When Life hands you Lemons ... This has been such an odd Spring, it's been hot, it's been cold, we've had our street torn up by construction, we've had to close for them to pour concrete, we've had hail, tornado warnings ... It's to the point that if it starts raining frogs I'd probably not be surprised! ;)   Hopefully now that Summer is finally almost ready to start, things will calm down a little. *fingers crossed*   Meanwhile, our lemons are your lemonade!   We have TWO sales going from now until Tuesday, June 21st.  But, with limited stock...

Howdy from beautiful Berkeley Springs!   After having many many MANY days of rain, the sun is finally out, and it's so nice to have it back! I was thinking about the fact that the store will turn 19 this fall, and really, I owe it all to you.  Without such wonderful customers, we wouldn't still be here, so THANK YOU! We thought about getting some big celebrity to endorse the store ... but, well, first of all, we couldn't really afford that.    But more importantly, the biggest celebrity to US, is YOU!  So, we're asking for your continued support....
