 If you have attended the Cocoa Crawl in Downtown Berkeley Springs, you've probably tried our Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa...in fact I've gotten rather famous for my recipe!  The first year we had the Cocoa Crawl I decided I wanted to do Salted Caramel and fine tuned this recipe.  The second year I started trying to figure out what flavor to do and everyone was horrified.  "You mean you're not making Salted Caramel again????"  So, it's become a standard.  WE of course don't add the Naughty option during the Cocoa Crawl, but it's none of OUR business what YOU do.  ;) Please...

After a long weekend, I decided I deserved a treat: an orange coconut Bubbly Belle bath bomb! (Try saying that five times fast!)
